Our commitment to fostering emerging talent has led us to open our doors and offer a transformative work experience program that resonates with the essence of Glazing Vision and help provide the experience young people are looking for. In today’s dynamic and competitive job market, gaining practical work experience has become an indispensable aspect of a young person’s career journey. Recently, our team welcomed three young people to join us at Glazing Vision for some hands-on experience working with different aspects of the company. Fostering Talent at Glazing Vision

Glazing Vision recognises the importance of fostering young talent and encouraging them into the industry through close partnerships with local schools. We have a long established partnership with University Technical College Norfolk (UTCN) who understand our core values.

Every year, we undertake the Find Your Future project with UTCN which involves students attending a factory tour and then producing ideas for a new rooflight, we have seen some great ideas from past cohorts.

Student projects allow the students to use their knowledge and skills to address our specific business challenges and we recommend it to any company wishing to nurture the next generation of workers.
